PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high pressure inserting device easily inserting a high voltage terminal in a plug pipe.;SOLUTION: When a high voltage terminal holding mean 50 is going down, a locking protrusion part 4a of a high voltage terminal 2 comes in contact with an upper side end part of a plug pipe 6, the high voltage terminal holding mean 50 is lifted upward from a lower slide position, a detection mean 71 detects the lift, and a plug pipe rotational drive mean 30 tries to rotate the plug pipe 6. When rotation positions in a peripheral direction of the locking protrusion part 4a of the high voltage terminal 2 and a groove part 10 of the plug pipe 6 match, the high voltage terminal holding mean 50 goes down to the lower slide position, and the high voltage terminal 2 is inserted into the plug pipe 6.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2000,JPO
