PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect the abnormality of a track in real time by a simple opera tion. SOLUTION: In an abnormality detection device, by using a neural network 41 from which degree of certainty data on predetermined track abnormality are output when a required number of feature data are input thereto, vibration data from a vibration sensor 11 are separated for the respective vibration data containing components related to specified track abnormalities by a separation means 20. The separated vibration data are statistically processed by a statistical processing means 30 so as to obtain feature data, the feature data are input to the neural network 41 so as to compute the degree of certainty data, and the existence of the track abnormalities are detected, by the degree of certainty data.
