PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air conditioner which executes a stable operation free from an influence of voltage drop and reduces a consumption power, and also provide the air conditioner with a humidification function. SOLUTION: The air conditioner includes an indoor unit 1 and an outdoor unit 2 which are connected with each other with a connecting electric wire 10. Based on a length of the connecting electric wire 10, an amount of voltage drop is estimated by a voltage drop estimation means 33b. Based on the amount of voltage drop estimated by the voltage drop estimation means 33b, an input power of a heater 17 is controlled by an input power control means 33a.
