An aqueous glittering color material composition of the present invention is an aqueous glittering color material composition comprising a glittering pigment having a water repellent particle surface and it includes the following ingredients. The aqueous glittering color material composition of the present invention is used for an ink for writing instruments, for cosmetics, and the like. (a) As said glittering pigment, a metal coated glass flake pigment having a particle surface with water repellent treatment with a titanate or a silane coupling agent. (b) A colorant, and (c) A fixing resin.
