A bent mounting set comprises a steel frame, a bent mounting plate and a pair of braces at both sides for mounting the disposable bamboo grids. A narrow bamboo strip is sliced from a natural bamboo stalk and the surface is carved with various decorative incisions not only for decorating, but also for extracting bamboo sap and allowing it to permeate into the cooking meat during broiling.
