NUTRITIVE MEDIUM FOR ROOTING OF LAVENDER (LAVANDULA VERA V.) UNDER IN VITRO CONDITIONS

The nutritive medium is in the form of a suitable combination of specified quantities of macro-, micro-salts, meso-inosite, saccharose, vitamins, DNP (dinitrophenol), agar-agar, rutin and AgNO3 (silver nitrate). It provokes the development of stable, well fixed to the stem root system which is a prerequisite for long vitality of the plants at external conditions.
