The invention provides a compound of formulas I or II having the structure wherein R1, R2, R3, R4, R5, R6, R7, R8, R9 and R10 are as defined in the specification or one of its pharmaceutically acceptable salts which are useful for the treatment of the inflammatory component of diseases and are particularly useful for treating arteriosclerosis, myocardial infarction, congestive heart failure, inflamed bowel disease, arthritis, type II diabetes and autoimmune diseases such as multiple sclerosis and rheumatoid arthritis.
