In the present invention, there is disclosed a switching mechanism module of an electric apparatus, particularly that of power circuit breaker having modular arrangement of other components. The module comprises in a frame with sidewalls (7) switching contacts (2) movably arranged by means of a common shaft (6) and being brought to working positions through the mediation of toggle lever mechanism (3) and a hand-held or motor-controlled lever (4) under interaction of a spring (5). At least one of the switching mechanism (1) module frame sidewalls (7) is provided with at least one reaction arm (9), communication in the direction of its longitudinal axis with a clamping groove (10) performed in the electric apparatus base (8). The sidewalls (7) are provided at least above the reaction arm (9) with first projections (11) reaching to a stop into positioning recesses (12) performed in the electric apparatus main cover (13). On the opposite sides of the sidewalls (7) there are performed second projections (14) reaching underneath the positioning edge in the main cover (13), and optionally with lifting attachments (15) that are attached by screws.
