The present invention relates to education and can be used pedagogics, psychotherapy, logopaedics, and for improving interpersonal attitudes. The aim of the invention is to provide prophylaxis and psychological correction of bad dependencies in the regime of optimum functional state. The method comprises conducting a psychological course, prior to it age selection is carried out singling out a risk group. Each group is tested, the results are evaluated and by the results susceptibility to bad habits is determined. The psychological course includes group training to develop habits of self-appraisal and by reaction rate in frustration situations. An emotional training is carried out forming vital values of the program for reaching success and destructive role of dope substances in systems of vital priorities, conducting final testing with subsequent evaluation and creating a psychological portrait.
