The invention relates to veterinary parasitology and immunology, in particular, to producing vaccine for prophylaxis echinococcosis in animals. The inventive vaccine is based on enzymically-cleaved scolexis, liquids and hermentative shell, medical pepsin with subsequent hydrochloric acid hydrolysis and precipitation by rectified alcohol. Physiological solution, formalin, and gel immunoadjuvant (aluminum hydrate) are added to the dispersed powder obtained after precipitation, packed, test for sterility, activity and safety.
