The invention refers to medicine, in particular to the sporting medicine, vertebroneurology, neurology and medical rehabilitation.Summary of the invention consists in that it is carried out the single-step infra-red thermography of the whole vertebro-paravertebral zone, it is determined the minimal temperature of the thoracicosuperior, thoracicoinferior and lumbar regions, the medium value of the temperature in the referent zone, the difference between the latter and the minimal temperature of the examined regions, the isotherm surface of minimal temperature of the cervical and thoracicoinferior vertebro-paravertebral regions. Then the region of the vertebromotor segment L4-L5 is actioned upon with dry cold air (-30°C) with the air intensity velocity of 500 l/min during 1 min, afterwards it is repeatedly carried out the single-step infra-red thermography of the vertebro-paravertebral zone, it is determined the minimal temperature of the thoracicoinferior and lumbar regions, the surface of the minimal temperature isotherm of the cervical and thoracicoinferior vertebro-paravertebral regions, it is calculated the temperature difference between the referent zone and the minimal temperature of the thoracicoinferior and lumbar regions, then it is calculated the discriminant function according to the formula:F(x)=-0,14·[S1(C)-S(C)]-3,46·Δt(TI)+0,39·[Δt1(L)-Δt(L)]-0,84·[Δt1(TII)-Δt(TII)]+0,01·where:Δt1(L) and Δt(L) - the difference (in °C) between the temperatures of the referent zone and the lumbar vertebro-paravertebral zone in the state of crioaction with dry cold air and, respectively, of relative comfort,Δt1(TII) and Δt(TII) - the difference (in °C) between the temperatures of the referent zone and the thoracicoinferior vertebro-paravertebral region in the state of crioaction with dry cold air and, respectively, of relative comfort,and in case when F(x)0, it is determined the normal vasomotor constrictor activity of the blood vessels of the vertebro-paravertebral zone, and in case when F(x) ≤0, it is determined the disturbance thereof.
