A porous non-woven fabric is manufactured by using regular synthetic and/or natural fibers such as polyethylene terephthalate, cotton, polyamide etc, by means of using any of the conventional methods: pneumatic or mechanical formation, or carding process, thereby consolidating the formation of said fabric by a punching method. A thermoplastic or non-thermoplastic resin, containing an inert load of calcium carbonate, talc or powder silica is applied to a porous woven fabric instead of a porous non-woven fabric by means of using any of the conventional methods: aqueous latex or foam impregnation, the same including the thermoplastic resin and the inert load; the process being followed by drying and curing actions, powders application and fusion. Finally a thermoplastic resin is heat-melted, the melting point of the same will control the end product; the aforesaid causes the resin to flow under pressure through the porous mass, thereby originating an integrated substrate that has a good rigidity and a low or non-porosity upon a cooling action, the substrate can be molded upon heating the same at the thermoplastic resin fusion temperature, thereby maintaining its shape after being cooled.
