A floor mat for vehicle (M) laid down at the foot of an driver's seat, wherein two locking holes (2) locked onto locking pins (1) vertically installed on a body floor side are provided at a specified interval near the rear ridge part of the mat (M), the first locking hole (2A) of the two locking holes (2) is provided at the right rear side of the mat (M), i.e., near a position extended rearward from an accelerator pedal (3), the second locking hole (2B) is provided at the mat (M) center side of the first locking hole (2A), i.e., near a position extended rearward from a brake pedal (4), a metal or a nonmetal rigid fastener (5) is installed at the inner edge of each locking hole 2, and the thickness of the fastener (5) is set thinner than the height of the locking pin (1).
