The fairground attraction (1) has a gondola (10) rotatable around two parallel shafts, a frame with a mast (2), a main arm (4) rotatable around a first horizontal axis line and connected to the mast. It has an auxiliary arm (4) rotatable around a second axis line and connected with the main arm. The first and second axis lines (A1,A2) are parallel and the gondola is fixed to the auxiliary arm. The gondola can extend across the first and second axis lines. The attraction can incorporate a motor effective in two directions, driving the main arm, together with devices for braking and/or blocking a rotation movement of the main arm and/or the auxiliary arm. The auxiliary arm can be displayed figuratively and can take the shape of a human form. In this event, the human form can have two legs, to each of whcih a gondola can be fixed.
