The color effect is not dependent on the angle of incidence for the light striking the cover layer for the glass panels. A building has a wall formed by glass panels with a transparent cover layer having specific optical properties so that part of the light spectrum is reflected more than another part of the spectrum, which produces a color effect on the outside of the building. The wavelength of the light in the relatively strongly reflected part of the spectrum and therefore the color effect are not dependent on the angle of incidence for the light striking the cover layer.
