Two or more eccentric shafts are provided with their own individually controllable driver (12) and at least two of these shafts include detection devices for measuring the rotation position and/or speed of the shaft. The actuator for configuring the shafts in predetermined rotation positions includes an electronic control device (20) connected to the detection device and driver in order to control the latter depending on the measured rotation position and/or speed. The driver is a hydraulic motor. The detection device comprises code discs mounted on the shaft and sensors for reading these discs. A wireless link is provided between the control and detection devices. The system (1) comprises eccentric shafts with eccentric weights on them and at least one driver for rotating the shafts.
