The system is for the booking of tickets and the granting of access to events and activities, allowing a consumer using a radio frequency card with a personal and secret code to book tickets (virtual) via a web site, call center and optinally an information and reservation system, without a paper ticket being necessary. The process for booking virtual tickets comprises the use of the personal radio frequency chip card, the booking possibilities, the software for the booking pages at the corresponding web sites, together with the coupling of the booking pages with the web sites, the software couplings with the main data bases of the main licence holder or sub-licence holder, between the sub-data bases and the main data bases of the businesses in question, between the sub-data bases and the central shared data base, between the central shared data base and the location computers.
