The present invention relates to a ticket booking system and a ticket booking method using the same. The present invention provides a ticket booking system which uses a transportation card system used to electrically calculate a transportation charge on the market so as to accurately authenticate a booker in quick time. According to the present invention, the system is interlocked with the transportation card possessed by the booker with the system to limit the number of sale tickets so as to slightly solve a problem of selling tickets to a small number of unspecified people.
