As synergistic composition comprises an intergrin alphaVbeta3 antagonist, which is an antibody that immunospecifically binds to intergrin alphaVbeta3, and either a small organic molecule, which is a immunomodulatory agent or a T cell or cytokine receptor modulator, a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug, or a peptide, such as endostatin, angiostatin, apomigren, prolcatin and fibronectin. The compositions are useful for the treatment of inflammatory and autoimmune disorders.
