摘要

The application of alkylated derivatives of melonamide is to the extraction by solvents of Fe (III) of concentrated chlorinated solutions in industrial chemistry, such as N,N'-diphenyl-N,N' dimethyl melonamide, N,N'-diphenyl- N,N'-dimethyl tetradecyl- melonamide and N,N'-dibutyl- N,N'-dimethyl melonamide to the recovery and/or removal of Fe (III) from concentrated chlorinated solutions is shown to be highly advantageous in comparison with commonly used methods. Thus, after an efficient contact of a solution 0.1 M of the compounds in 1.2 dichloroethane with equal volumes of solutions of chloridic acid of 8 to 12 M containing approximately 0.01 M in Fe (III) during 15 minutes, the metallic ion is quantitatively extracted for the organic phase, being re-extracted totally from the organic medium by new contact with an equal volume of water.
