PROCESS AND PLAN FOR THE OPTIMIZATION OF SCHEDULES IN IRON CHAMBER NETWORKS

The method is for the production of timetables that are optimized in respect of energy use (taking into account feedback effects) and or the time distribution of energy use (de-synchronization). If necessary further optimization parameters can be considered such as: total passenger change times, number of carriages needed and the lateness total for the considered timetables. ??Independent claims are included for: a corresponding processor arrangement; a computer program product; and a computer readable storage medium. In optimizing timetables for one or more parameters the journey curves of trains are considered.
