The invention relates to a method of differential diagnosis between the malignant tumour tissues and the rest of normal and pathological tissues, consisting in that, with a view to determining the type of tissue, the dose of radiation required for treating a tumour in relation to the normal tissues of the host body and the difference of tomography-related impedance metering behaviour of the tissues investigated before and after subjecting the investigated volume of living body to a reversible cytolytic stress induced by means of a ionizing or non-ionizing radiation flux is analysed.
