The invention relates to a sandwich structure, which performs histerezis-type characteristics, to a device carried out by means of this structure, capable of taking over static loads and/or dynamic loads, which it is damping, and to a device network which supports or is inserted into a structure, or in a system or an equipment, for the passive control of the behaviour thereof, at static and dynamic loads. According to the invention, the structure comprises a lamellar package (A), comprising some sets (A1 and A2), interior and exterior, the interior set (A1) consisting of some elastic lamellae (1) preferably having a circular shape, each provided with at least a central orifice (a) and inter-spaced, by some central plates (2), situated coaxially with the lamellae (1) and the exterior set (A2) comprises other elastic lamellae (3), having, preferably, a circular shape, provided with a central orifice (b), wherein there enter the plates (2) and some uniformly distributed peripheric orifices, inter-spaced by means of some peripheric plates (4), situated in the exterior of the said lamellae (1), provided with other coaxial peripheric orifices (d) having the same size with the other peripheric orifices (c); the package (A) being pre-clamped by means of some central rigid distorting pieces (5 and 6), inferior and superior, each having some surfaces (e, f and g), interior plane, median, concave or convex, and exterior, convex or concave towards the set (A1), and at least a central orifice (h and i), coaxially placed and having the same size with the other orifices (a), as well as with that of some rigid, peripheric pieces (7 and 8), inferior and superior), having some plane surfaces (j and k), exterior and convex or concave interior, towards the set (A2) and some coaxial orifices (l and m) and having the same size with the peripheric orifices (c).
