METHOD OF SURGICAL TREATMENT FOR CLOSING A BRONCHICAL FISTULA

The invention relates to a method of surgical treatment for closing a bronchial fistula, consisting in that it provides the "champagne stopper"-like bronchial myoplasty carried out by sampling a muscular scrap from the long paravertebral muscle, whose proximal end is at the fistula level, and the sectioning of the distal end at a suficient length to go beyond the place for implant, the suture thread passing, first through the lower rim, from outside to the interior of the fistula, then through the end of the scrap, thereafter the needle returns inside the fistula, for fastening the upper rim thereof, from inside to the outside, followed by penetrating the scrap by using the same needle, from posterior to anterior, in relation to the first crossing, followed by the thread knotting, straining and by introducing a portion of the muscular scrap, harvested in the fistula lumen, then, by the fistula tight by closing, by one or two two-leveled threads, there resulting the said intraluminal stopper and the surface cover.
