Process for testing the reinforcing materials for the rubber industry by straining using ultrasonic frequencies for testing sample, which simulates real rubber product, acts electric signal outputting from ultrasonic generator supplying to piezoceramic plates of the convertor, where signal changes to mechanical vibrations with frequencies from 20,000 to 60,000 Hz, preferably 20,300 Hz, at the temperature in the border line from -80 to 250 °C. Created mechanical vibrations are subsequently amplified by booster and concentrator adjusted for given application, whereby physical principle is based on longitudinal spreading waves in testing sample and traverse waves are limited by the construction of the resonance system and testing sample is cyclically strained by pull/pressure. Device for testing materials consists of the ultrasonic generator (8) equipped with frequency counter with chronometer (1) and amplitude deviation meter (7) connected with the booster (2). The booster (2) is in its lower part connected with the concentrator (3) and half-wave waveguide (4) equipped with testing sample (5). The testing sample (5), which is equipped with weight (6), can be placed also in heat-cooling chamber (9).
