METHOD FOR ASSESSING EJECTION FRACTION IN PATIENTS WITH ISCHEMIC HEART DISEASE

The method for assessing the ejection fraction in the patients with ischemic heart disease provides for the instrumental examination. Upon electrocardiography, the following intervals are assessed: (from the beginning of to the end of T wave), (from the beginning of to the apex of T wave), (the distance between point J and the termination of T wave), (the distance between point J and the apex of Twave), (the distance between apex of T wave and its termination). The mean value of QT as a whole and its components is calculated with the correction according to Bazette formula. The corrected dispersion of QT and its components is estimated. Finally, the results are processed mathematically.
