The proposed method of differential diagnostics of Raiter disease and psoriatic arthritis implies carrying out clinical rontgenologic and microbiological analyses. The method is distinctive by determining the content of medium-weight molecules in the patient's blood serum and comparing the real content of the said molecules with the normal content.
