METHOD FOR INCREASING ADAPTATION POTENTIAL IN CHILDREN

The method for increasing the adaptation potential in the children consists in alternating the physical exercises, the hydrotherapeutic procedures, and the psycho-somatic regulation (relaxation, training of the breathing, and visualization) performed sequentially in time. The state attained by the instructor at the stages of the psycho-somatic regulation is transferred to the child whose buttocks are held by the hand of the instructor while the other hand touching the forehead of the child.
