A.O. BIELIATYNSKYI'S MORPHOMETRIC METHOD FOR DETERMINATION OF WATER FLOW RATE AT BRIDGE DESIGNING

摘要

Morphometric method to determine water flow rate at bridge design includes visual determination of morphologic indications of the channel and the bottom land, with calculation of water flow rate. Morphologic indications of the channel and the bottom land are determined through results of air photography and construction of stereoscopic model of the future bridge, on the basis of this one the cross-sections of the channel and the bottom land are determined with high accuracy.
