TECHNIQUE FOR SEWING IN DUODENAL STUMP IN CASE OF LOW LOCATION OF BLEEDING DUODENAL ULCER

The technique for sewing in the duodenal stump in the case of low location of the bleeding duodenal ulcer provides for resection of the stomach according to Billroth II technique, the dissection or the exteriorization of the bleeding ulcer. The edges of the open duodenal stump are sewed in by two transverse square-topped sutures.
