SMALL-SIZE MILL, DISK BLENDER AND ROLL BLENDER

Small-size mill contains the grain dehuller including a casing with loading pipe, a circular deck with a cavity in the form of a truncated cone located with greatest base being directed downward, and a rotor mounted coaxially in the deck on the vertical shaft and made in the form of a hollow truncated cone located with greatest base directed upward. On the greatest base of the rotor cone a set of hollow or continuous truncated cones is located, they are placed one on another consecutively with greatest bases directed downward. The adjustment of the gap between the deck and the rotor is performed by a device made in the form of the lever mounted on the axles of casing and connected with the axles of deck. The screw is located on the verticalshaft over the dehuller, and another dehuller is located under the dehuller. Following components are additionally mounted: circular deck for dick blender with a cavity in the form of a truncated cone with greatest base being located downward, drum (rotor) mounted in the deck on vertical shaft and connected with another dehuller, and circular deck for roll blender with a cavity in the form of a truncated cone located with greatest base being directed downward, and rotor mounted in the deck on the vertical shaft. Under roll blender a protective casing receiving bin and unloading pipe connected with the pneumatic separator of mill are located. Dick blender contains immovable hollow cylindrical casing and drum (rotor) coaxially mounted with it with actuators, said drum being fastened on the driving shaft. The actuator is made in the form of a set of similar washers mounted on the rod fixed in the drum. The deck is mounted between internal surface of casing and drum. The drum has the shape of a truncated cone with shoulders, on each of which a set of similar washers of actuator on the fixed rod is located in parallel with the cone generatrix and at an angle of 3...6° with the vertical axis. Roll blender contains vertical cylindrical casing, rotor with separator coaxially mounted in the casing and grinding bodies located in the radial grooves of the latter. The ends of grinding bodies are mounted in the cavities located outside in the grooves of separator and closed by lids. The grinding bodies have barrel shape.
