The prophylaxis and the treatment of the acute postoperative pancreatitis comprises the surgical intervention, the cannulation of the afferent artery,and drug therapy. The pancreatic duct, the bile duct, and the omental bursa are drained intraoperatively. The hypothermia is performed. Sandostatin and reserve antibiotics are administered via the afferent artery.
