The method for diagnosing the disordered barrier function of the colon in the patients with the acute pancreatitis comprises the puncture of the fluid-containing structures in the pancreas, parapancreatic fat and the omental bursa under sonographic control. Prior to the examination, the aqueous solution of methylene blue is administered into the large intestine using the enema.
