METHOD FOR MANUFACTURE OF BIOLOGICALLY FLAME RETARDED WATER-RESISTANT VENEER

A method for manufacture of biologically flame retarded water-resistant veneer by its impregnation by fireproofing compounds in the technological equipment with initial vacuumization, hydrostatic pressure includes, first, the formation of the packets of sheets of waterproof veneer in the autoclave and the filling with aqueous solution of fireproofing compounds. After this, in the apparatus a vacuum with residual pressure is created and such conditions are maintained during 10-120 minutes. Then, the pressure is equalized with atmospheric pressure, and then it increases. Such conditions are maintained during 10-30 minutes. Then, the pressure isequalized with atmospheric pressure. Residual solution is discharged from the apparatus and the sheets of veneer impregnated with fireproofing compound is treated by sprayer by aqueous solution of polymeric antiseptic with subsequent drying.
