Ultrasonic device for strengthening and nano-structurization of the surface of metals contains series-connected ultrasonic generator, piezo-ceramic converter, transformer of vibrational speed and head in the form of container with openings in the bottom part, in which rod impact tools are located with conical thickenings on upper ends, which are executed with possibility of free running around the axis of transformer of vibrational speed. Piezoelectric converter is located in the airtight housing, which contains the connecting pipe in the upper part and openings inside for free passage of air to the head, which contains the annular groove on the external surface and has the capability of rotation in the bracket on the spheres, which are located in the openings in the lower part of the bracket of head and are pressed by annular flat spring. Head has channels, which are located near its bottom part.
