Method of energy- and resource-saving baro-membrane production of drinking water with the assigned salinity at change of the salinity of initial raw water, which consists in that the initial water is passed under variable pressure depending on the change of salinity of initial water through the semi-permeable membrane, which has variable salt-retaining ability with obtaining of filtrate and concentrate. Furthermore, the pressure differential on the membrane is automatically adjusted by microprocessor control system, and the stabilization of consumption of filtrate is achieved by automatic change of concentrate consumption.
