The protection against jamming for a door comprises a fixture device (1) consisting of a semi-circular, flexible arresting unit (11) and an elastic strap with holes (12,13) as a rear extension of the upper end of the arresting unit. On fitting the protection against jamming on a door hand grip, the arresting unit is matched to the door hand grip axis and the strap is pushed around the remaining part of the door hand grip axis and by means of the holes is fitted on a fixture hook (14) and further in a holder (15). In the upper part of the fixture device (1) and forward in the strap longitudinal direction is a supporting and pliable arm with in its extension a thrust absorbing part.
