Process of a biofuel for diesel engines from methyl esters of Brassica carinata oil without erucic acid.; A new biofuel for diesel engines obtained from the basic alcoholysis oil Brassica carinata seeds, generally improved to eliminate the presence of erucic acid is proposed.
