Use of an active ingredient that is bisphosphonate (BP) in particles, or a particle complex or a salt of BP, or polymer in particles of BP, which is in the form of micronized particles having a diameter in the range of 0, 01-10 m-m, for the preparation of a pharmaceutical composition intended for the prevention or treatment of vascular restenosis.
