The system has multiple bars (2) installed in correspondence with holes in a window of an outside wall (4) of a building. Axial anchoring elements (1) support the bars and entered in through holes (3) located on the outside wall in proximity to edges of a window opening. The axial anchoring elements protrude from inside of the outside wall, where an end segment of the axial anchoring element is associated with an axial retention part of the axial anchoring elements and the bars.
