Two carriages (11, 12) are moved along the supporting part. One end of one strap (7) is attached to one end of other strap (8). Other end of the latter strap is joined to a work-holding device (14). The supporting part comprises a first support beam (51) and second and third support beams. The arms are arranged symmetrically such that the arms are moved along the support beams.
