The turbine has a pipeline provided on a watertight body. A big mouth intake part of the pipeline is connected to a lower part of a hydraulic unit. A small mouth intake part of the pipeline is formed with a venturi unit. The venturi unit is equipped with a hydraulic drive unit and an energy transmission mechanism. The hydraulic drive unit and the transmission mechanism are controlled by shut-off exhaust valves of alternative drive control electronic units.
