The general purpose bath repair technique comprises polishing to remove all oxides and impurities, for cleaning and drying of the damaged area. A two-component mastic is then applied, for heating of the zone until the mastic is baked, hardened and dry throughout. The zone is then polished, to make it completely level prior to drying and enamelling to match the remainder of the installation.
