The structure has a main body whose upper surface is formed with anti-skidding areas and lower surface is formed with a longitudinal part (2). Tubular frames are provided on the longitudinal part and formed with transverse partition walls. Cells (6) are aligned on the walls. Trusses are made to slide on bridges (7). An adjustable section of the bridges is provided with a plug spring. A front part of a reinforcement part is provided with threaded screws that are inserted into a core. The reinforcement part is bent inward on an upper face of ends of a countersunk seat.
