The decorative sheet type latex design and for cloth garments comprises a plane or relief e.g. latex or rubber element (1) incorporating pieces of jewellery. Also claimed is a process making the design aid. CLAIMED PROCESS - The process comprises solidification of the latex in a mould, for subsequent application of the jewellery and of a latex backing layer prior to pressing on to the fabric.
