The fabrication of latex foam incorporating active powder comprises foaming of the mix, for addition of e.g. active carbon powder to the exterior of the resulting foam, which is then dried and vulcanized. Also claimed is the product of the process. CLAIMED PRODUCT - The product incorporates active carbon to the extent of over 30 per cent of its weight.
