The method involves aligning coupling blocks on ends of two separable axis sections of a shaft column of an automobile. An angle of about 45 degrees is formed between flat surfaces of the coupling blocks. A position assembling unit is aligned on a longitudinal axis of the sections. The sections are subjected to a bending operation and cooling operation. The ends of the sections are machined before bending a flat surface support. The flat surfaces of the coupling blocks are formed with holes for inserting a fastening unit.
