The controller of the heat flow in the walls of small installations has a stove whose temperature is set continuously as a function of the installation which it encloses, enabling the system to function in non-steady states. A cooling system lowers the temperature to conform the external temperature regulation set point, which is the internal temperature of the installation. EMBODIMENT - If the temperature of the installation varies in a characteristic direction several stoves with temperature regulation are employed in the manner described.
