Liposomal formulation (A) comprises at least one hydrophilic active agent (I) encapsulated in liposomes containing at least one lipid bilayer formed from a mixture of at least one neutral, saturated phospholipid (II) and at least one charged, saturated lipid (III). An independent claim is also included for a method of preparing (A). ACTIVITY : Dermatological Cytostatic Virucide Antipsoriatic. No details of tests for these activities are given.
