A liquid pharmaceutical composition providing improved oral bioavailability isdisclosed for compounds which are inhibitors of HIVprotease. In particular, the composition comprises a solution in apharmaceutically acceptable organic solvent of (a) the HIV proteaseinhibitor and optionally, (b) a surfactant. The composition can optionally beencapsulated in either hard gelating capsules or soft elasticcapsules (SEC).
